THE OPPORTUNITY
- Management Consultant (Body Corporate / Strata Manager)
- Permanent Full Time
- Flexible Working Environment
THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with clients and contractors
- Arranging and chairing Annual General Meetings
- Preparing budgets, agendas and minutes
- Arranging building maintenance (issuing work orders and quote requests)
- Some after-hours work will be required but will be compensated
THE SKILLS REQUIRED
Great interpersonal skills (previous experience in customer or client service is essential)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- An effective problem solver with an analytical mind
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office Suite proficient
