THE OPPORTUNITY
- Commercial Property Manager
- Permanent Full Time

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
- The main point of contact for both Owners and Tenants for all accounting, maintenance and queries relating to each tenancy.
- Management of a portfolio of properties across Industrial, Retail and Office.
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, securities and insurance.
- Financial management including preparation of budgets, P&L tracking and monitoring arrears.
- Negotiation and preparation of Deeds of Assignment, Renewals and Surrender of Leases
- Active participation in the Commercial team goals.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in managing a property portfolio (residential or commercial will be considered)
- A current real estate License
- Great interpersonal skills (previous experience in customer or client service is essential)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- An effective problem solver with an analytical mind
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office Suite proficient
