I have always found them to be professional and are always quick to respond to any queries I or my fellow apartment residents have.
Their fees are good compared to the amount of work required in maintaining all the records and keeping abreast of all the regulations required, which is an absolute nightmare, so many government requirements to keep the Public Servants employed.
In particular our Strata Manager (Jason) does an excellent job, is always easily contactable and responds to problems STAT.
All in all a great company to have as Strata Mangers.
